REFUNDS & CANCELLATION

  1. Return/Refund policy:

TT Devassy Jewellers gives prime importance to the customers, so we are always there to serve you first. You can return the product if you find any damage or resizing on the product purchased through our website. However, it must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice and product certification, if any. The amount of returned product can be encashed or kept in the online wallet for your future purchase with TT Devassy Jewellers.

Our Return conditions are:-

  • The customer should contact the customer support no: ******** or write to us on ******************* within 7 days from the receipt of the product.
  • The refund process will only occur after receiving the product and completing the necessary quality checking from our end.
  • The product should be unused and remain in its original packing without losing any tags or invoices.
  • The customer should not return the product unless they receive any confirmation mail or any other intimation from the jewellers.
  • We don’t support any other request for a return after 7 days of the purchase.
  • Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your account via the same mode through which the transaction was made or to the online wallet, whichever the customer prefers.
  • The refund facility is available only on online products and not for the ornaments purchased directly from our showrooms.
  • TT Devassy Jewellers reserves the full right to require additional information to initiate a refund/return.

  1. Cancellation policy:

Once an order is placed, you can cancel your order for a product at no cost at any time before the item is dispatched from our side.

  • Cancellation can be made from the website itself.
  • It should be done within 24 hours after the order is placed.
  • Cancellation does not apply to customized jewellery and gold coins.
  • Once the cancellation process is complete, you will be notified about the purchase on your registered mail ID, and the amount will be refunded back through the same mode of payment you made within 10 working days.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any orders in the event of any discrepancy. Reasons for cancellations usually include unavailability of the product in the inventory, error in pricing, error in product information etc. In any case, the cause of cancellation will be intimated to the customer.
