Online purchase policy:

TT Devassy Jewellers gives prime importance to the customers, so we are always there to serve you first. You can return the product if you find any damage or resizing on the product purchased through our website. However, it must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice and product certification, if any. The amount of returned product can be encashed or kept in the online wallet for your future purchase with TT Devassy Jewellers.

Our Return conditions are:-

  • The customer should contact the customer support no: ******** or write to us on ******************* within 7 days from the receipt of the product.
  • The refund process will only occur after receiving the product and completing the necessary quality checking from our end.
  • The product should be unused and remain in its original packing without losing any tags or invoices.
  • The customer should not return the product unless they receive any confirmation mail or any other intimation from the jewellers.
  • We don’t support any other request for a return after 7 days of the purchase.
  • Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your account via the same mode through which the transaction was made or to the online wallet, whichever the customer prefers.
  • The refund facility is available only on online products and not for the ornaments purchased directly from our showrooms.
  • TT Devassy Jewellers reserves the full right to require additional information to initiate a refund/return.

  1. Cancellation policy:

Once an order is placed, you can cancel your order for a product at no cost at any time before the item is dispatched from our side.

  • Cancellation can be made from the website itself.
  • It should be done within 24 hours after the order is placed.
  • Cancellation does not apply to customized jewellery and gold coins.
  • Once the cancellation process is complete, you will be notified about the purchase on your registered mail ID, and the amount will be refunded back through the same mode of payment you made within 10 working days.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any orders in the event of any discrepancy. Reasons for cancellations usually include unavailability of the product in the inventory, error in pricing, error in product information etc. In any case, the cause of cancellation will be intimated to the customer.


  1. Shipping policy:

TT Devassy Jewellers provides shipping all over India. The order placed through our website is safe, secure and risk-free. All of our ornaments are insured during the transit of the product. We also reserve the right to seek additional customer information to accept orders/shipping in a few cases.

  • The products are not shipped outside India. We promote only domestic shopping.
  • Your order will be shipped within 3 working days after the placement of the order.
  • The customer has to give the correct details of the recipient name (as stated in the ID) with complete address, nearby landmark, pin code and contact number.
  • At the time of delivery, the recipient must provide any of the below-mentioned identity proofs to collect the product if the courier agent requests. The customer is expected to co-operate with the courier agent to ensure safe delivery of the product.

  • Orders can be delivered only to India's consignee/recipients' address. The orders cannot be delivered at public places like malls, hotels, restaurants, or on the street.
  • The customer must reject the order if the packet seems tampered or torn and must inform immediately.
  • If you are not present at the time of delivery, the delivery partner will go for the second attempt to reach out to you. After the second attempt, the order will be returned to the TT Devassy office.
  • The placement of orders may delay if there are any uncertain events.

Buy back of ornaments will be subject to the buyback policies of our showroom.

The customers can visit our showrooms for the buyback.

The exchange/buyback shall be subject to quality confirmation by our quality assurance team and shall be intimated to the customer along with the details. 

The customer shall provide a copy of the PAN Card/Aadhaar Card/Electoral ID/Driving License/Passport. 

PAN/Form 60 is mandatory for buyback amounts over INR 2 lakhs. The refund shall not be made in cash under any circumstances.

  1. BIS 916 hallmarked pure gold:

TT Devassy Jewellers are liable to keep the trust of every single customer in the purity of gold we offer. We are not charging any hallmarking charges from the customers. We ensure the hallmarking of all our ornaments. As a result, there are lots of customers who withstand the testimony of the purity of gold. We are glad to keep the trust of all customers with TffT Devassy jewellers in future also.

The consumer can get the purity of the hallmarked jewellery /artefacts verified from any BIS-recognized A&H centre. A list of BIS-recognized A&H centres, along with addresses and contact details, is available on the website www.bis.gov.in.


  1. The management reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions without prior notice. All the disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the court at Chavakkad.
